My Journey into Healing Work
My journey into healing work has been a tapestry woven from ancient wisdom, intuitive knowing, and a relentless desire to help others reconnect with their own vitality. It didn’t begin with a single moment—it unfolded gradually, like a remembering. A remembering of the body’s intelligence, the spirit’s resilience, and the power of presence.
I was drawn first to the subtle energies—Reiki, crystal therapy, intuitive energy work—where healing felt like a conversation between soul and source. I learned to listen with my hands, to sense what words couldn’t reach. That opened the door to deeper traditions: Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, medical acupuncture, cupping, moxa, tui na, gua sha. These practices grounded me in the rhythms of nature and the meridians of the body, offering tools to restore balance and flow.
Essential oils became allies in this work—aromatic bridges between emotion and physiology. Light therapy illuminated new pathways. Meditation taught me to hold space, not just for others but for myself. And moonology—the art of following natures cycles—reminded me that healing is also about voice, about story, about reclaiming our narrative and manifesting our desires.
Hands-on healing became my language. Teaching, coaching and mentoring became my way of passing the torch. I’ve come to see healing not as a service, but as a sacred relationship. One that honors the whole person—their pain, their power, their potential.
This path continues to evolve. Each modality I’ve studied, each person I’ve worked with, has deepened my understanding. Healing is not linear. It’s cyclical, intuitive, and deeply personal. And I am here for it all—the mystery, the science, the spirit.
